2. Upon request, we will send brochures, a consultation questionnaire and general information about surgeries you are interested in.

3. Fill out the questionnaire and provide the information we request. Return it with front and profile photographs of the area to be treated. Dr. Pino will analyze them and give his advice by mail or fax.

4. Schedule a date for surgery with our office in Costa Rica. Our staff will give you an appointment one-day before the scheduled surgery for a preoperative consultation. We will make every attempt to coordinate our schedule with your wishes. We do not perform surgeries on Saturdays and Sundays.

5. To hold your appointment, we request a US $500 deposit one-month before the scheduled surgery.

6. Make your airline reservation and verify if your passport is in order. Remember that you should arrive at least one working day before surgery by 3:00 p.m. for the preoperative consultation with Dr. Pino.

7. When you arrive to Costa Rica, please call Pino's Plastic Surgery Clinic at 220-0224. Our staff will reconfirm the time of your preoperative consultation.

8. In this appointment, you should clear with Dr Pino all your doubts about surgery. This is the time to make all your financial arrangements.

9. The day after surgery, at Dr. Pino's discretion, you will be able to return to the hotel or recovery house.

10. Before you leave the clinic, we will assign a post-operative appointment in which Dr. Pino or his staff will remove stitches and evaluate your improvement.
